Oh the sequel is out now too? Time for a rewatch of the first!

I think X-Manhunt is one of the worst “crossover” events I’ve read, at least for the X-titles. It’s just barely a crossover. A few elements go across each issue and a couple titles play a real part and the rest don’t bother. Half-hearted attempt, frankly.

The cast of heroes keeps increasing. I’d rather we got actual YB members instead of everyone else but it does make the universe bigger.

I also REALLY would like Rob to introduce way more villains. That’s where the Extreme Universe is weakest, IMO.

This series is beginning to fix that though!

My earliest that I bought myself were actually Uncanny X-Men 320, Incredible Hulk 426, Avengers 382 & Spider-Man 55. I remember my excitement finding them in the shop my mum had dragged me into (it was a random shop that also happened to sell comics. I later got my first 2 trades from there too) 😁
