Dinner was excellent! Filet mignon perfect medium rare smothered in mushrooms & carmelized onions, butternut squash, collards with hamhock & Crystal hot sauce, fresh cranberry sauce, and a really excellent 8 yr old Cabernet franc. 🤤🤤🤤

The pie crust is a little wobbly around the edges, but it’s very tasty! And I love my pumpkin recipe (from the Chez Panisse Desserts cookbook).
The collards are simmering with a hamhock and duck stock I made yesterday.
And since I’ve been cooking all day, I need to be stuffed and eaten. 😏

I so hear that. My gym is a very straight (tho not homophobic) gym….and I finally decided that my big dick is going to be in a jock and shorts and if something shows thru, well, too bad. It’s just my body.
