People don’t need jobs. They need the means to live. For most the only way to obtain those means is to sell their labour. If producers don’t need labour anymore their costs will be much lower. Lower costs = lower prices.

LIAT 20 was setup as a 70/30 joint venture between Nigerian carrier Air Peace and the Antiguan government, in 2020 to replace the previous LIAT airline that folded following the COVID pandemic.
This aircraft arrived from Riga in Latvia and departed to Reykjavik today.
