… seats is because people who had already voted them in as representatives or preferenced them to be so (remember, Adam relied on Liberal preferences to win Melbourne in the first place) made a decision they did not want to be represented by them anymore. That was due to a number of factors…

It’s ok when they are elected to government as has happened often…never hear the Australian conservatives complaining. But when they lose, oh dear!
