Thank God there is video and we don’t have only Kristi Noem’s lies about this - which she likely got from the agents’ supervisor. If there were no videos, as is the case with many criminal incidents, just imagine how big the lies get.

Yes but the state of Minnesota could prosecute the murderer amd Trump couldn't pardon him.
Am I correct that there’s no federal statute of limitations for murder so this could be prosecuted federally if we elect a Dem president in 2028?

I link to this excellent piece in my post for tomorrow.
Wrote a piece for @slate.com explaining that states have a long history of prosecuting federal officers when they allegedly use excessive force. Federal officers are only immune from such prosecutions when they act reasonably in carrying out lawful duties.
