Also there are things that AI won’t help with. Tech can already deliver anything you want. If only people could communicate what they wanted! Look at all the shite apps out there and ridiculous support journeys. We don’t know how to use the tech we have.

Totally agree. Productivity tool if used properly. I have never been to an organisation without a huge backlog. And there are always (and probably will always be) more ideas than capacity.

It was cool back in the day. I started secondary school and they had too many kids for the 5 forms names after historical figures of the town so they created a sixth called X. We felt like mavericks. It gave us a certain notoriety. Still carry that feeling today.
