Sorry, looks like I misread it... Chinn was a 66. Either way, these two things don't seem to mesh. I'll take Harris' raw 2024 stats over Chinn's, as you've shared them here, for sure.

Interesting to see those stats, PFF might have some 'splainin to do. Chinn was graded a 64 in coverage while Harris was graded a 62. Would love to see how that sausage was made, haha.

That's where I'm trying to be positive. Overall I think you're absolutely right that he's better in coverage, but his 2024 wasn't, according to metrics. As @bgobsession.bsky.social pointed out, the Saints were bad and that probably impacted his grade last year. If he returns to form, great move.

Agreed. The metrics are what they are from 2024, he played only one year in that defense that wasn't great overall last year. Maybe he gets back closer to what he was before 2024, and we have a bridge guy to a younger player, or he gets extended because he's playing well.
