But Amelia where will the provincial workers park once they lose their free surface parking on the N part of your red square? (Sarcasm btw). Much better location to keep operating costs lower. LRT to LRT much more efficient, quicker for staff that would work between main hospital and new Stollery.

Maybe in this age of removing provincial barriers, we as a country could use Montreals example as a template for rail projects funded by Canada across the country. Take a page out of the China handbook. Reduce costs, build more with money saved.

You are right, other than glossy press releases and photo ops, there seems to be a lack of transparency of what Alto is doing.

Or keep the taxes as they were with the building intact. And if they rebuild within a set period they get the difference back between a vacant lot and building. If not, they get a financial hurt that may encourage them to sell to an eager builder or not demolish in the first place.

He's forgotten to add all the extra cars that would be on the road if the lane was gone. Then everybody driving would be parked.

And work to rule will happen. No sports, afterschool music, arts… At least then I will see my teacher spouse after work instead of her volunteering her time for the good of he students. How to negotiate in bad faith, by Nate Horner.

I remember being a base brat in Chatham in the mid 70s and hearing the Voodoos roar overhead. Loud was an understatement

Hmmm 5 provinces with e-bike rebates and 5 without. Territories not interested it seems.

First step rebalance the EV grants and shift half that funding to e-bike grants.

I agree. Cut the little parsley on the south and move it to the north side of the road. Problem reduced drastically

One small issue figured out. It works off the schedules, not on real world time as ETS and LRT don't have GPS feeding the information. Will be great once they do.
