There's a difference between being parked and stopped. You said you touch your device when you're stopped (this in AUS attracts very stiff penalties) then you say tech shouldn't be touched when driving. Lets just move right along...

LOL. Of course. However, your post and mine relate to "while stopped" which is still driving. After this post you've made, do you still touch your phone while stopped and carry on with your day? My spidey hypocrisy senses are tingling...anyway, moving right along...

In Australia, depending on which state, touching/using (which is ambiguous at most) your phone (unless secured in a mount) while stopped attracts a fine of $500-$1000 and minimum 3 points. Less than ideal solutions in order to remove doubt are better than a fine and points here
