Just looking at my notes from years ago. Turns out I decided to make charge on sub-atomic particles a rapidly oscillating electric field in order to fit what I needed. It is weird/interesting looking over old notes related to world building. Wish I had included my train of thought at the time.

With the collapse of the Liberal party within Australia, it makes me wonder if there is a potential flaw in our electoral system. Is it possible that the same aspect that keeps extremism on the fringe also creates a one party state as parties seeking power compete for the centre?

Wondering about the likelihood and outcome of an ICE versus military clash in America. Given the different loyalties of the two organizations one needs to violently go through the other at some point.

It turns out that we now have a snake in our backyard. Some bloke said he tried to run it over but it went under our fence. So, yea, roll on summer.
The best part is there are no snake catchers here and closest is an hour way.

I must admit I had expected the creators of Project 2025 to have come up with a strategy to silence the internet and enacted it by now. I guess it would impact their backers too much. Lucky for those in the former US if that is the case.

Took the long way down to Colonnades this morning, since the shops weren't due to open for a bit. Driving along thinking 'it's been a good 30 years since I drove along here.' Only to realize it has been closer to 40.... 😅
