People are at the heart; those humans create the culture that supports processes. Once you have processes in place, you can think about the CX that will describe and inform you of the product or services you are working on.

The industry will wrap up and make regulations (if needed)

Good question.

I've tried to pin it down with some map (of course has to be a map lol) and some thinking around it.

This is what I came up with:

Snow is coming tho! 🥳🥳

Special mention: "Walker". I loved that game, especially because it was the first one using mouse to aim.

I so much love the graphic covers of old games.

"Rise of the robots" as a kid was so so cool; i remember staring at the shelf of the shop thinking "what a game it must have been".

Turns out it was shit, but the cover was awesome 😂

To help them understand that we have many solutions if we know how to look for them.

But if we go back to OP @andybudd.bsky.social ; isn't this what a strategist do? Pave the product development ground and lead the process.

Personally I think that the problem space is an exciting moment: get your brain entangled in the complexity of a problem is something that really find fascinating.

Solution space as well; tho I prefer leading others into find a solution, my contribution to the teams is giving a structure to follow

I'd love to see more product owners / managers that were designers before.

Delivery good experience ≠ deliver a feature

And how you are going to validate that in front of a customer?

Swapping the pen or the paper?

I'm talking something that can achieve the interactivity of axure without all the work that axure requires.

Steamdeck owner here; I'm a father as well so my time is veeeery limited.

Love the steamdeck because of its low commitment: can play without sitting at the desk and really easy to switch on and off.

Played a lot (300h) elden ring, subnautica, seikiro and lately system shock.

Best intro ever.

As a kid i was hyped watching the battle! I can still hear the voice in my head "ammunition depleted".

Sheesh I'm old.

Of course I'm sooooo hyped for the sequel!

Looking forward to the beta.

3/2 (lol)

What they want BUT ask "cool, how do we know it works?"

This will open the door to data driven learning.

Once you get the learning you gained also trust and then, you can start on learning your users.

Then i feel i can ask budget to learn the most important things: end users' cx

2/2 goes away.

It is a mix of relationship between hppos and such; aka politics.

But.

I've successfully approached the other side: start with the solution, follow the flow, but asks for measures.

Everytime I find this "delivery" culture (with a high resistance against change), i try to deliver
November 15, 2024 at 6:42 PM
1/2 Some years of experience taught me that orga are still thinking that delivery < user knowledge.

The ideas of "learning more on our users" clashes with the inside out approach of "we know what we need to deliver, no need to research".

There is no budget until this idea of PrOdUcT DeVELOpmeNt
