I believe GenAI does have a role here.
But software is just a tool. Accordingly, it should be used properly, by people who understand what it does, how it does it, and aren't fooled by it just because it's easy to use.

I find it very easy to use a scalpel. But would you trust me with your surgery?

Every study should have some degree of End-User Involvement.
Every researcher should think - and every grant-awarding body should ask - who are the end users of this proposed research?

On p44:
~ In the UK 200,000 adults have a probable diagnosis of #PsoriaticArthritis.

And also on p44:
~ In the UK, around 9,000 adults have a probable diagnosis of #PsoriaticArthritis.

A 22-fold difference in estimates!
Even putting aside the phrase "probable diagnosis", this is confusing.
