Nothing like that fresh journal feeling.

Journaling has become an absolute staple for me, across all my life domains.

I have found that taking even 10min daily of writing, organizing my thoughts, or planning out my week does wonders for my weekly flow.

“Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity”

Proverbs 21:5

1) Make a principled plan
2) work very hard towards achieving that plan
3) learn along the way
4) repeat

There's a balance needed to continue forward momentum

You have to have your eyes on the horizon, and your eyes on your next step.

Most people get de-railed from their goals because they end up hyper-focused on 1 or the other.

Personal Brand is the Ultimate Ice-Breaker:

Stop focusing on things that don't matter.

Building on social media, means not getting sucked into the addictive, shadow side of socials.

The doom scroll...

You have to build your tolerance and focus, and you have to master your dopamine to win at this thing long term.

Quality writing comes from quality ideas.

I'll take it further -- quality ideas, even when poorly written, still outperform.

Harsh reality of building business:

If you've spent any substantial time building a business, you know this deeply:

there are TONS of things you can't control

For every out-breath you gotta breathe in.

Same goes for building business, achieving goals, etc.

Everything you do in pursuit (breathing "out") demands an equal amount of intentional rest (breathing "in")

Whenever I am in convo with other business owners, I'm amazed at how undefeated the frame "just win" is.

Try it next time you're in convo, "hey how about you just win?"

Many people think social media is saturated (wildly inaccurate)

There's a piece of you that's begging you to finally step into your purpose.

New year's resolutions tend to get some flak on the timeline, but it's whitenoise imo

2026 starts tomorrow. You have the opportunity in front of you to finally align your daily actions with your real purpose.

Have integrity.
Grow your skills.
Lean into the work.
Keep your promises.
Raise your standards.

Do this on-repeat for 2 years, it could change your life.

Follow your passion IS NOT terrible advice.

The frame it's usually used with is the problem...

Typically it's used to tell people that they are justified in their lack of motivation or dedication to their current role.
