the new stove to arrive, I will be working on a few other projects. I still have Green Pastures Dairy today finish and a bathroom to finish as well. So I won't be idle.

The law of armed conflict? Were the people on the boat firing missiles at the Navy? Even if it's an "armed conflict" once your enemy is down(wounded) it's over, if you "finish the job" after that it's called murder.
