Resolve is far better than anything Adobe (and free), but is designed primarily for Mac and can be intimidating to learn as it does everything all in one.

If you want to deep dive into your vid and make it as perfect as possible, then Resolve. Otherwise I'd go something like Shotcut or Kdenlive.
