You have the opportunity to do the funniest thing

I did 10 miles on the bike, 15 minutes of resistance bands, and 5 minutes jump rope today. Somehow still full of energy. Going to take it easy the rest of the day though and not overdo it.

The new Deftones album is so good. I’ve listened to it 5 times already.

I read at least an hour every single day. I typically have 3-4 books in rotation and switch between them daily. Currently I’m reading The City by SC Mendes, The House on Haunted Hill by Shirley Jackson, Our Shared of Night by Mariana Enriquez, and Immortal Hulk (I also read comics occasionally).

I started my fitness journey 1 week ago. I was barely able to do 2.5 miles on the exercise bike. Yesterday I crushed 10 miles and I’m doing 10 again today. I’m also doing kettle bells and push-up board.

I’m 46 and my goal is to be in the best shape of my life by the time I’m 50.

I saw Superman today. I am convinced James Gunn may be the only film maker who has actually read a comic book. Based on the good feedback I was seeing I went in with high expectations and I was still blown away at how good this was. Someone finally got Superman right. And Lex Luthor was phenomenal.

New investment idea

Instead of losing all your money in the stock market, put your money in the “bok” market and buy some chickens. At this rate eggs will be worth more than gold soon.
