I live in a country where physical games start roughly at 80 to 90 usd and our wage compared to the US is lower. Digital games should deffo be cheaper physical games I'm not so sure if the publisher can be blamed. because we have stupid import prices.

I remember my my n64 games all came with colour manuals. And yes I live in pal region. So PAL land gad colour manuals. Not for all systems but some did them.
