I ordered a new office chair that was supposed to arrive yesterday with £10 next day delivery. I emailed the company at 9PM saying I hadn't received it and would like a refund for the delivery fee and then they replied at *1AM* saying "we just tried to deliver it at 11:54pm and couldn't get to you."
