Morning Kitty, the marathon training continues - it’s absolutely persisted it down over the last 24 hrs & my usual routes will most likely be partially submerged - so treadmill in the gym it will be!

Was far better than I expected it to be - tried to follow the King story.

Hello Johnny - all good here. Had a bit of a rough time recently. Did Alicante half marathon & Mrs H took a nasty fall - fractured & dislocated her right shoulder, so I’ve been duty nurse (good job she likes beans on toast 😂)
Going back to Blighty on 29th for a week - good to hear from you! 👍
