A CIA badge? On a foreign national in a war zone? Doesn’t that sound fishy to you?

I’m not suggesting he wasn’t CIA adjacent but that a bit too much to take in. Hope someone digs deeper on that.

Dude. Stop with the calls for people to be executed. Stop with the calls for the overthrow of the government. I don’t want this crap anywhere near my timeline, and I’ll be blocking you in five.

Yes he did. And his friend told The NY Times that he was wracked with guilt over things his unit was made to do in Afghanistan.

Yes it could. I’ve also wondered if this was a “death by cop” sort of thing. Maybe he wanted out but couldn’t do it himself. But he knew he didn’t want to be murdered in Afghanistan if he’s sent back.

And again, the supreme law of the land is the constitution, which criminalizes what you propose, and what you (wrongly) claim the declaration legalizes.

Quoting something doesnt give it legal standing. The Federalist papers have been quoted in court decisions hundreds of times — to explain why things are understood a certain way, or the constitutions intent. They aren’t law.

The declaration is a political document. You could argue it’s a philosophical document. It is Not a legal one. It grants no rights.
