Ok so she needs to link that account to the app. I worked for cba for 20 years and I know the system. Some years ago and maybe still now on the actual NetBank site ( through a browser, not the app) you had the ability to hide accounts. To unhide them you log on to NetBank and click on unhide.

In her Centrelink app go to bank details and make sure the account numbers and bsb are still correct, there has been cases that the app has been hacked and account numbers changed.
I bank cba and the money is always there on the day it says, usually around 1am it hits

It’s a shame we all can’t be on the same page and try to fix things… lots of talk but it seems like everyone is just content to blame whatever flavour of government is in power. There is no good government. None.

Yeah I’ve only once put out sweets for kids, there was a big bowl full and the first three kids took the lot. So now I don’t do it, it’s not my job to parent other peoples kids.
I don’t even go on afternoon walks in school holidays, kids are too much, too careless on electric bikes and scooters.
