There are a couple of apps that do P2P sync of clipboard data or files between devices, but most, like LocalSend, require you to open the app on each device.

Very many lose a lost, for one person to get a winnings (and that is after casinos take their sizeable cut, tax is paid, etc). Pity we can't go back to charities running raffles - at least then the money goes to a good cause. Gambling is pure greed.
