Today i went for a swim in the lovely but freezing water off Falmouth (7 degrees Celsius) - sun was warmish but nortneast wind made it feel about 4 degrees

So encouraged by joining this group via jeff on the other side of the world , Im going to post some naked photos i took of myself - its hard for me to look at myself as I dont feel the shape of the person that my camera has captured - however Im old enough 'not to worry' - so here goes
