Why I'm still worried is that I got a response that said "our intention is to work to keep a light hand" so that people can chat "without feeling the weight of the moderators on all of their messages".

Thinking about a post I just made: I love Star Driver for many reasons but one of the ones that sticks with me is that it opened my Third Eye to non-monogamous ships. These three all absolutely fuck in every possible configuration and there's no other way it could go I will die on this hill

Not gonna lie I was very curious what the original wording for this was and yeah it's kind of what I expected. I really need to do some reading on LGBTQIA+ terminology in JP because I'm now more curious about the use and evolution of that term compared to トランスジェンダー especially during this period.

I'm a little sad it's taken me this long to read Genshiken. I saw the anime years ago and a lot of it rang true to my University years. And now that I'm seeing the things that didn't get adapted, I feel a new sense of fondness. Absolutely great series that has this conversation happen.
