Happy National Protein Day! Even though I've been a protein crystallographer for ~5 years now, it never ceases to blow my mind that these intricate little molecular machines can form beautiful crystals that are useful for #structure determination!

What do I get from the experiment? We set up your high-throughput screening experiment in house and monitor the experiment over the course of 6 weeks with brightfield imaging and one set of UV/SHG images to identify if your hits are (1) protein and (2) crystalline in nature
