A table with the likely projections for Division 3. Down are overwhelming favourites to be promoted, but the second place is a toss-up between Westmeath, Clare and Sligo. Wexford will drop, but the other spot is a close call between Limerick, Fermanagh and Laois.

As a statistical note: Meath would have been tipped to finish 2nd, but the loss of home advantage (worth 150 ratings points per game) will matter.
