A reminder to you, and to myself, that it's great to stop and just exist. I spend a lot of my time worrying about all the things I feel I should be doing, so I'm pleased when I manage to quiet my mind and *actually* relax for a minute. So yeah, go touch some grass and chill out, you deserve it.
