But the Forester just has that extra bit of sauce, it's got plenty of torque, and is just so good in the hands
The Crosstrek has really nice creature comforts, a bit easier to work on, and is a more refined peice then the Fozzy
But I don't want refined, I want raw. That's just me though

The crossy feels sluggish, the clutch feels muted, steering is numbed, and the last 3/4 of the gas pedal might as well not even be there. Beyond 3rd it has no power
The fozzy has such little weight over the rear, a tendency to understeer, 0 rear brakes, and I cannot rag on the Subaru 4EAT enough.

2002 Subaru Forester. 4 speed automatic, 4 cylinder EJ255 engine, 4:10 limited slip rear end. Heated seats work good, radio has that special hiss, rear wiper motor doesn't work, rear sway bar clicks, transmission will shake the car when you come to a stop but its gone offroad and through storms
