was trying to link a bank in PayPal but it kept sending me to this invalid URL: paypal.com/businessmanage/account/undefined/myaccount/money/flow/banks/new
turns out the UI is just bugged and the "businessmanage/account/undefined/" prefix shouldn't be there at all
