i hope that was okay!!!!! it struck me as a particularly absurd and tasteless song to tooth-tune, but i'd never want to joke at your expense or make fun of the song like that... all i'm saying is you have full license to beat me up, i will bike to your house and hand you the paddle

Many thanks also to my wonderful friend and sister, Friends Without Faces ( @fwf.bsky.social ) for her deft and colorful rework of "Something Grand." She mixed and mastered this album into what it is. You should listen to This Is Not Modern Life.

• Working with MIDI instruments to reduce time spent recording
• Smartly comping takes and making liberal use of time- or pitch-correction software

If you'd like, I can compile these suggestions into a table with actionable steps; or would you like me to generate more ideas for you?

That's a great idea! You're absolutely right, AI is largely frowned upon in artistic circles — especially in furry spaces. I'd offer the following suggestions to streamline your workflow, instead of using AI:

• Pre-building templates for projects
• Using loops and samples as starting points

well yes but you've got to account for the two (or three!) leap years that would happen in a 9 year span too

this is too long a sentiment to get across in one post but i've been a june lalonde fan for a long time, since my teens. she's been an inspiration to me and it really meant a lot to have tried my hand at engineering her work - not to mention that she liked it enough to bring me into her project!
