Well, I thought I had my writing life back on schedule and for the next 2-ish weeks I hopefully will. But then my mom will have open-heart surgery and I'll be her caregiver for 2-4 weeks. I have to figure out how to pay my bills during that time.

Writing what I know led me to writing Puppy Love (which is not abandoned! I wrote another 2 sentences in it yesterday!🤣). But now that my career path has changed I fear writing what I know would make people cry so I hesitate to do that, lol

Reason 5 why I haven't been very prolific in my writing these past few years: stupid migraines won't leave me alone. They're hormonal. I'm now confirmed perimenopausal so... hot flashes/ itchy ears? No. Endless migraines.
