the strategy for implementation is key. access to higher education to train more doctors and nurses is a essential component.

for now, the goal is to acknowledge the ACA cannot be repaired.

step1: include dental/hearing/vision on to Medicare
step2: gradually lower the Medicare age of eligibility

it’s going to be a challenge, the House Democratic Whip still hasn’t voiced support for the program.

people are looking for new ideas, now is the time to push. primaries will be beginning soon.
November 27, 2025 at 6:06 PM
what 12 GOP Senators are going to vote for anything that protects a mother’s choice?

might be a good time to have something to run on to reduce the 12 vote threshold.

again, what is the ACA fix? even Trump has offered an idea.
November 27, 2025 at 5:53 PM
it absolutely accomplishes those goals after full implementation.

insurance has always relied on the largest pool possible to manage costs. complete coverage for all is the obvious way to create this pool. the CBO has rated the savings, this isn’t an imaginary plan like the Dem ACA fix.
November 27, 2025 at 5:29 PM
is the goal to expand coverage, increase benefits, and stabiliZe costs?

if so, what is the strategy to accomplish this? not a trick question. “just go with it dude” is all I hear.

fuck that. Medicare for All or offer a alternative.
November 27, 2025 at 4:53 PM
frankly, this platform is only marginally better than X. I’m passionate about this moment for Medicare for All, and thought I would expand my message. but fuck it, y’all dumb,I’m going back to Reddit.

to be clear. I’ve only been taunted. no one has given an answer. that should be concerning.
November 27, 2025 at 4:50 PM
I am too young to qualify for Medicare. my wife will soon be entering the program. we will do so knowing Medicare is a public insurance program within a private insurance marketplace. a best attempt to provide coverage within a system designed to make a profit.
November 27, 2025 at 4:22 PM
when these bright college students ask you how the ACA will be fixed to stabilize costs, expand access, and improve benefits, what do you tell them? hopefully the students will be voting in the next primary.

what is the Democrat alternative to Medicare for All?
November 27, 2025 at 12:40 PM
unless fixes are made, (still haven’t heard of any) supporting the ACA is supporting the Republican destruction of healthcare.

you people? how insecure are you? sounds like an ICE agent
November 27, 2025 at 6:45 AM
spell check? we have a thing called predictive typing, aren’t you a computer geek?

please , just ChatGPT my question, and I’ll be happy to tell you how shitty the place you live is compared to mine.
November 27, 2025 at 6:41 AM
this Congress has one more year. primaries happening even sooner.

you win the White House with ideas. if the current healthcare strategy is larger and larger subsidies, how will that translate to a winning message?

lowering the age of eligibility is the strategy.

and she never returned
November 27, 2025 at 6:32 AM
far away from the state of confusion you live in.
November 27, 2025 at 6:17 AM
starting shit is asking for the Democrats plan to advance their healthcare goals? really? no wonder we keep getting our asses kicked.
November 27, 2025 at 6:14 AM
you say you have all this knowledge, but you come back with nothing. I made no mistake; stabilize and stabilise are both correct. do you think I give a shit if I’m using the British or American keyboard? but you want to press me where I’m from? a much better state than you’re from
November 27, 2025 at 6:12 AM
this is a big opportunity. ACA is cooked, Republicans have nothing.

literally the only functional plan with legislation ready to roll in the Senate is Medicare for All.

I’d love to discuss implementation, but I have about a half dozen trolls to deal with
November 27, 2025 at 6:08 AM
that’s what you got? some dude photographed on top of a fucking mountain is up the night before Thanksgiving arguing with strangers about saving the healthcare he likely will never use only to get ridiculed for using the wrong stabilize? fuck off.
November 27, 2025 at 6:04 AM
yeah, people like it a lot. even Trump said not to touch Medicare. they did, and will find out.
November 27, 2025 at 6:00 AM
Medicare as we know it exists within a private marketplace. Medicare for All would make supplemental plans irrelevant because little would fall beyond the scope of coverage.

for this discussion however, I’m trying to find details about plans to improve the ACA beyond subsidy extension.
November 27, 2025 at 5:58 AM
guess you don’t know either
November 27, 2025 at 5:53 AM
just link me the Dem plan, and I can go on with my research.

the name calling helps no one
November 27, 2025 at 5:49 AM
I am in America, it’s getting late.

Happy Thanksgiving
