Yeah, the one in Seattle operates out of a ghost kitchen (assume Vancouver is the same) - the expense to begin with plus delivery being a bigger % of ghost kitchen orders really undermines the proposition for me. A shame because it's the exact kind of fast food Seattle could use.

this exists in Vancouver/Seattle, it's called Brick'n'Cheese (it's not cheap enough to make the concept work imo)

(FDA reform is another example, where people have to point to the potential that deregulation might unleash to defend their investment in Kennedy doing their program while say looking for “I didn’t see the tweet so can’t comment” level dissembling on vaccines)

You see this in the recent trans report imo, where science writers invested in the current HHS position gradually stop reporting on other things Kennedy is doing on vaccines and HIV so they can say “The HHS is the authority on medical science”

As RFK looks for new “wins” against the establishment it’ll get different crank groups on board and having to buy into the overall program so they can rely on HHS credibility for their own thing
