Pero las comunidades fronterizas son vibrantes, resilientes e interseccionales. Y nos estamos organizando. Ayer marcamos el lanzamiento oficial de la Frontera Federation, con sede en Eagle Pass, TX, que no es solo una ONG, sino un movimiento para defender la seguridad humana. 3/

En lugar de invertir en empleo sostenible, salud pública, educación o seguridad comunitaria, los políticos y las corporaciones de seguridad privada han colaborado para lucrar a costa de poner en peligro a las mismas personas que aseguran proteger. 2/
