Soulard Pride was lots of fun! The rain held off except for one brief downpour, but it kept temps cool. Didn't do a drag look this year, went with fun rainbow and pins. Good to connect with the community 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️❤️

I posted in Jay's thread something similar, but it seems very clear as you point out, Chris, Alito & Co are wanting to create a right for parents to opt out of literally anything, however unreasonable. Not accidentally, the Mo Senate ultra-conservatives, on cue, pushed a bill for such yesterday.

Mo state Sen Rick Brattin moves an anti-DEI bill and attaches a radical amendment which lets parents object to curricula for, "whatever reason". Flat earthers can prevent teaching that the world is round. Chem trailers veto teaching that its actually water vapor. #moleg 1/x

Courts would have to go through 7 tiers before reaching cohabitating boyfriend or girlfriends, no matter the length of relationship. #moleg 1/x
