Knitting up my handspun mini-skein gradient into an underappreciated pattern called Arket. It's so striking! Why haven't more people made this?

Today I improved my couch. Once used as a scratching post, it now has a jaunty repair. And I now own an upholstery needle.

Why not try an entirely new technique for a project that needs to be completed for an event in one week?

Double knitting. So far it makes me hands ache and my brain hurt a little.

Put on my skates for the first time since I broke my leg in October. It was good to be back.

I lasted about an hour, just bopping around practice, before my toes and a twinge in my leg told me it was time to stop.

We hosted our new skater scrimmage yesterday. Some of those skaters were at the Bambi on ice stage when I broke my leg 102 days ago, and now they're jamming! So amazing to see progress.

I messed up joining my afghan six hexagons back. Luckily it's only yarn, so it can be fixed. But dang it!

I've given out 21 five star ratings so far this year and read 121 books. To me, five stars is a gut reaction. It's that good book feeling. And for all of these, I had fun, I felt things, and it stuck with me. Maybe you'll like them too.
