I had intended to watch all of twin peaks (which I hadn't done since high school) then watch FWWM and the return, which I hadn't seen (still haven't gotten around to it lol)

did a rewatch recently and kept myself to a hard limit of one episode in a day. it's not a show that you can binge well I think. but man that James storyline is a slog

gonna give the movie another shot some day bc it probably is actually good, but I was just shocked when I first watched it that like, the top five most things I remembered most from the book (tower/crawler, emperor starfish, swimming pool, boar, "Annihilation!") are just not in the movie at all
