Ohh and an extra slide after all the general categories explicitly naming anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, xenophobia (including based on citizenship status) falls in some of the more general categories feels like a nice touch too given the state of everything.

And while the bar is on the floor right now given many places are glossing over anti-trans harassment or removing it entirely, they kept it in the training and explicitly named that potential violation, and that matters.

Not a fan of how much wiggle room language they gave it. I’m betting it’s a combo of not wanting to go into detail on threshold to avoid people trying to toe the line, feared complications over a ‘but my religion/free speech’ question/response to the training, & of course the federal regime.

Ended up giving a basic white bread a try and get to cut into it after therapy to see how it came out- but it looks promising
