Now there are reports of a “Second Amendment protest” being held at Philly’s City Hall at 4pm (an enormously high-traffic area and major public transport hub). City Council staffers are being sent home right now

Please don't be alarmed, the police are well aware and closely monitoring them as they make their way to City Hall. With that being said, the Council President will be dismissing staff at 3:00 pm today. Please make sure your timecards reflect the early dismissal for today.
