The article claims to be about treaties but discusses title. I guess I shouldn't expect much from an American Con lawyer. Too bad the alarmists on Reddit eat it up desperate to try and cling to any 'authority' to justify the denial of Indigenous rights.

Pretty disappointing @nationalpost.com.web.brid.gy opinion piece from Bruce Pardy. Professor Pardy demonstrates a proudly poor understanding of Aboriginal and Constitutional law. Queens law students would not do well in 1L if they submitted this as an assignment.
