But this could all stop. This year we didn’t receive Arts Council funding and we need your help to keep going.

Over five at events at we bring you modern jazz, free improvisation, performance conversation, experimental theatre, foraging, poetry, motorways, dance music, a lost film and a dystopian future.

Two large collectives of improvised music - Brighton’s Safehouse and Canterbury’s Free Range Orchestra - came together on Sunday for part 2 of their collaboration, and as the photos show it made for a gloriously varied 30-piece big band!

On 16/01/25 we return with traditional & experimental Vietnamese music by The Six Tones. The show starts at 8pm at Fruitworks(Jewry Lane, CT1 2NP) and will be free entry (no booking reqd).
