That’s the great thing about languages- there’s no “one way” to learn or maintain skill level. Maybe puzzles, like crosswords could help? Or even chatting with AI in your chosen language. Or reading something aloud. I wonder if hearing yourself speak the language might boost auditory processing 🤷‍♀️

I need the words to come out of my brain. 😆 Creative non/fiction writing can help, but talking is (for me) the best. Paid platforms are convenient but I prefer to find someone in my chosen language who wants to learn English and we’ll hop on a video chat. We both win and no one has to spend $ 🤣

Not necessarily. There are adults in PEI who have never had a family doctor. Specialists are a separate crisis altogether. As example, leukemia patients currently have no access to an oncologist. And ERs close frequently due to “staffing issues”…
