they send me a proof with my file but the wrong border color again, so i ask for a white border AGAIN… and they reply saying i chose the red color while ordering so its « my fault » AGAIN. ARE YOU KIDDING HAHAHA

their web importer reads my file like this so i leave a comment in the order saying there is a problem with how it loads the file (obviously its not blank HAHA) + i wanted a white border not whatever automatic color the thing lagged on…

they messed up my last 2 orders, customer service was blaming it on me 🤡, now i try to order again a few months later…
