I never said Jews had it easy,nor I deny Israel has a right to exist, I am also well aware of the discrimination and persecutions Jews went through almost their entire history,but that has no bearing on what has been happening in Palestine since 1948.

If you think nearly 1/2 million Arabs killed and a further 2 million displaced since 1948 in an area where there was no conflict until european colonists self identifying as jews emigrated to is OK,then you need your head checked.

I wouldn't rush blaming the judges,it seems the law is not clear enough of the definition,which may have left the supreme court with no other choice. On the other hand it's quite difficult to legislate on matters regarding how people use language without straying into authoritarianism.
