If we could build an oil pipeline to Churchill, that would cut down the length, the cost and be much more easily attainable. Oil Tankers can then carry oil to the EU and South America and maybe to Africa.

So whos going to pay the Hospitals and the staff?
People should be able to pay the hospitals and staff directly without the middleman (insurance company).
And pre existing conditions must be covered because so many of those have existed from birth and its not the babies fault they have them.
