Crazy when look at it now, but started with double NFO def (Sels, Murillo) and double AVL attack (Rogers, Watkins). Would have to check but sure no CS, Wat/Rog totalled about 25pts combined in 5 GW’s.
Not washing hands of it, sure bad choices in there, just had nothing progressive week after week.

Really tempted by Gakpo, too. Started every game bar 2 in PL (CRY/MCI, LIV poor in both - and should have scored vs City). Wirtz best performance for LIV in CL. Seems clear starts vs NFO.
If you’re willing to accept he might do 30 from bench in 3 of next 8 etc, cumulative points should be good.

I’m similar to your other post, I have price drop worries over Gordon, Burn and Gabriel, with Semenyo and Gyokeres also flagged. As it stands, feel I could do anything from -8 to roll.

Interesting you mention betting.
One of the things I value about FPL is that if gives me interest in games I, essentially, don’t care about, filling a void that chucking a tenner on etc used to.
Agree, though it can be hard at times, have to enjoy it and accept it’s peaks and troughs.
