Poor week. Ditching Enzo instead of Semenyo was the difference between a small red and a solid green and I continue to be plagued by penalty misses at a frankly absurd rate.

Suddenly weighing up loads of different options for Gabriel. van Hecke to free up more cash for the attack, O’Reilly because he seems great fun, Califiori because Arsenal. VVD seems obvious but also a bit…meh.

Strongly considering rolling this week and using four transfers next week to grab Salah for the run up to AFCON. Was quite surprised by how little I actually need to sacrifice to make that happen.

Only other thing I'm slightly considering is Enzo and Bowen > Mbeumo and Welbeck. It feels a little unnecessary and I don't think I will, but there is a world where they both go off and it's huge. With Enzo's fixtures after this week it's not really justifiable though. Oh the joys of having 3FT 😂

Chip season has done well as I’ve gone from 6.7m > 550k with three chips in four gameweeks. Just shows how powerful they can be.

87 all out and up to 550k. WC went well and happy with everyone bar Bowen.
West Ham were so bad and with Mateta doing *that* in hindsight it feels like the wrong call. Triple Palace just felt a bit much but was clearly the way! I can easily make the switch in 10 though if needed.

Decided I'm definitely going to WC. 90% of the team seems easy, the only real decision will be triple Arsenal defence and Foden or double Arsenal defence and Saka. Will decide once the international games are done.

FPL feels quite stale this year, right? Just isn’t enough players getting points, particularly midfielders and forwards, which leads to an increasingly smaller player pool. Just feels very meh atm.
