So I'm not too sure of this cos I used betterhelp before and not only is it way more affordable than actual therapy, but it did legitimately save my life. Just my experience, probably depends on how lucky you get with who it assigns, but when you can't afford a regular therapist it can be something.

I don't really use it for my content anymore since no one ever showed any interest in me doing that, VR games just feel annoying and the novelty of VR chat's kind of worn off. Rather just be in discord most of the time idk.
