I hear this all the time, yet companies still want to hire a young grad over someone my age. It’s their own fault for hiring them at this point. I’ve been looking for a job for about a year now!

I have been a college student my entire adult life. I love to learn!
I have older children and I see some of this in them. My instinct is to NOT change expectations. They need to fail. Fail every single one of them!! Teach them that they can’t get something for nothing.
