In Minrathous specifically? Probably climbing all over the rooftops and sketching some views, but would also come down to visit Neve, wherever she's at 😁(maybe The Swan?) idk if the The Swan is a tavern/inn or just restaurant, but it's possible he'd have a room there

I imagine Neve could easily connect to anyone while talking to them for info on a case whether it's as witness, or just someone familiar with the area, issues, etc. Maybe Varin helped her conclude one somehow? And maybe she told him something that gave him reason to go to Minrathous-makes sense +
